Acts 7:58
and dragged him out of the city and began to stone him. His accusers took off their coats and laid them at the feet of a young man named Saul.
Life Lesson
Today’s word (Word Of Reflection Daily) begins as Jewish leader are infuriated by Stephen. Verse 54 affirms this by saying, “…they shook their fists at him in rage.” It begins also as Stephen remains steadfast and Spirit filled, sees the glory of God and sees Jesus standing in the place of honor at God’s right hand.
In meditating over today’s passage the thought which comes to mind is regardless of situation, circumstance, obstacle and/or challenge to keep on honoring God. Like Stephen, one never knows the impact our conduct, actions and/or words might have now or eventually like it did later on with Saul/Paul. The greatest missionary who penned many of the letters in the New Testament. One who persecuted Jewish Christians. And, the one who later did an 180° about-face by turning to Christ.
Hence, my take away today is knowing and remembering in spite of the odds of success or facing the improbability of a preferred outcome when it comes to witnessing and sharing the Good News, some will be against Christ still. However, on the flip side, by continuing to honor God by action, conduct and words and by continuing to plant seeds some will indeed follow Christ.

Cool : )
God bless you brother Ken!
